| Voices of Praise Voices of Priase have joined the cast of Light Up The Night many times over the years and they are a crowd favourite. This fabulous gospel group lights up the stage each and every performance! They deliver their music and message with a fusion of gospel/soul over a bed of street rhythms. This Inter-denominational group is committed to their "take it to the people mission." VOP's rich Canadian, Caribbean, West Indian, and African backgrounds, inspires their work. Described as "Ottawa's Gospel Sensation," they were recruited for the 2003 Canadian Juno Awards festivities, performed with international recording artists Paul Anka, Celine Dion, The Chieftains, Wayne Rostad, Gordon Lightfoot, Susan Aglukark, Barenaked Ladies, Deborah Cox, Measha Brueggergosman and many more. They have also been honoured to sing for The Governor Generals of Canada, Coretta Scott King, Maya Angelou and Ottawa's Mayor Chiarelli.
